Article 2 - Products Lumivae offers facial care accessories: collagen masks, Gua-Sha, facial rollers, facial sculptors, LED masks, ice rollers, eye patches, eyelash curlers and brushes.

Article 3 - Prices Prices are shown in euros, tax included. As a micro-entrepreneur exempt from VAT (art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code), the mention "VAT not applicable" applies to all our sales.

Article 4 - Orders Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Sale. A confirmation is sent by email once payment is validated.

Article 5 - Delivery Delivery times and costs are indicated at the time of order. Any delay cannot give rise to damages.

Article 6 - Right of withdrawal In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days to withdraw without giving a reason. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Article 7 - Warranties Products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years) and the guarantee against hidden defects.

Article 8 - Disputes In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the French courts will have jurisdiction.
